What is happening to the services of Bybit EUR Card (EEA & CH Region) on bybit.com?
As part of our efforts to comply with regulatory requirements in the EEA, we are updating how Bybit Card services are delivered, and we require your action before Dec 31, 2025.
How do I get a new Bybit Card?
— If you are an EEA resident, you can visit bybit.eu/cards to register a new account on Bybit EU and complete identity verification. Once verified, you can apply for a Bybit EU Card on Bybit EU. Please note that the Bybit EU Card will be a new card on the Bybit EU site, and it is different from your current Bybit Card.
— If you are no longer an EEA resident, you may go to your Bybit App and click "Add New Card." You will see an option to apply for a new card program there. Please note that eligibility is subject to successfully meeting the required KYC criteria.
What stays the same?
— Your earned Reward Points on bybit.com remain unchanged. We recommend enabling Auto Cashback, which allows your Points to be automatically converted into token airdrops of your choice. Please note: The Bybit EU rewards market is independent. Points earned on bybit.com cannot be used on bybit.eu, and vice versa.
— You can continue accessing your respective card dashboards (bybit.com/cards/dashboard) to view past transactions and activities.
— Your access to your bybit.com account remains unchanged. The update applies solely to the way Card services are provided.
— If you have any refund transactions, they will still be refunded to your respective funding account (bybit.com).
What can I enjoy with a new Bybit EUR Card on Bybit EU?
With a Bybit EUR Card issued on bybit.eu, you can enjoy the following benefits:

We recommend completing the transition at your earliest convenience, and no later than Dec 31, 2025, to avoid any interruption to your ability to make new transactions with a Bybit Card.
Will these changes apply to other Bybit Card programs?
These service changes only apply to the Bybit EUR Card (EEA & CH region). Other Bybit Card programs are not affected.
Where can I access the Bybit EU website or App?
You can either
— Register a Bybit EU account at https://www.bybit.eu/en-EU/register, or
— Download the Bybit EU App from the App Store or Google Play
Please note that a Bybit EU account is separate from your existing Bybit account on bybit.com.
Will my rewards points be affected?
No, all the reward points you earned remain valid. You can continue to redeem cashback or rewards from the Rewards Market at any time. We suggest enabling Auto Cashback so your Points can be automatically converted into token airdrops.
I see “Ineligible” when applying for a new Bybit Card on bybit.com — what does it mean?
This means that there is currently no eligible card program available for you on bybit.com. We are working to introduce more card programs in the future.
If you are an EEA resident, you may still register a new account on Bybit EU and apply for a Bybit EU Card after completing identity verification.
Why can’t I register for a Bybit EU account?
Bybit EU services are currently only available to EEA residents and nationals from outside the listed restricted countries here.
If you are unable to register an account on the Bybit EU account, you may try applying for another card via your Card Dashboard on Bybit App → “Add New Card”. Eligibility is subject to meeting KYC requirements
If no card program is available, you will not be able to apply for a new card at this time. We appreciate your understanding.
Do other card programs have the same fees and rewards as the Bybit EUR Card on bybit.com?
The Bybit EUR Card on bybit.com shares the same fees and rewards structure as the Bybit EUR Card on bybit.eu.
For other card programs available on bybit.com, fees and spending limits may vary. Please refer to the relevant articles for the most up-to-date information on fees and spending limits. All Bybit Card programs follow the same rewards system and rules.
Do other Bybit card programs support both Google Pay and Apple Pay?
Google Pay is supported across all Bybit Card programs. However, Apple Pay’s availability depends on the specific card program and card issuer. We are actively working with our partners to expand Apple Pay support across more Bybit Card programs and will share updates as soon as available.
Can I still view and export my transaction records after the card has been suspended?
Yes, you can still access your card dashboard to view past activities and transactions.
Any impact on my card referral program?
No, you can still receive your rewards from the referral program on Bybit.com as usual if the referral is eligible.
What would happen if I were still waiting for my Bybit EUR physical card?
Unfortunately, you will no longer be able to activate your Bybit EUR physical card.
— If you are an EEA resident, you may visit Bybit EU (bybit.eu), register a new account, complete identity verification, and apply for a Bybit EU Card.
— If you are no longer an EEA resident, you may go to your Bybit Card Dashboard on bybit.com and apply for another eligible card program, subject to meeting the required KYC criteria.
